Chanterelles Whisky Sour

Who would thought that you could use mushrooms in cocktails!? well you must try this one! Chanterelles has an amazing sweet and earthy flavour, which I captured making it in dark brown sugar stock syrup.

For this cocktail I used 12 year old Glengoyne whisky which caramel and tropics notes complements sweet and sour flavours of the cocktail.
