so why still not award winning chef yet?
I have started my career as chef over a decade ago in little tea room on the banks of Loch Katrine. As a newbe to the kitchen world I released how much I need to learn so I applied for cooking course at Forth Valley College. One of the tutors who has interviewed me, must have seen something in me and allowed me to jump into HNC Professional Cookery only if I do extra classes in the evening as well.
I thought wow, I’m eager enough to pull this off!
I was keen, passionate, I wanted to know it all and know it now and than. Still working full time, doing extra evening classes and part time HNC cookery course, reading cooked books from ”top chefs” wasn’t enough to call myself a chef…
